Rest assured that we will be representing you and your best interests when it comes to negotiating the sale of your home. We'll walk you through the terms, contingencies, and buyer's financing throughout the process.

5. Closing

The final steps to closing your home involve a final inspection, providing the buyer with the necessary paperwork, taking the property off the market, and finally— handing over your keys. Congratulations! You've just sold your home!
